We use natural and local ingredients wherever possible, and our chocolates are totally hand made and hand finished.

Our chocolate is sourced from Spain and is produced in a nut free environment, which we continue to observe in our own kitchen.  

Although you should not just go on percentage alone, our truffles are 54% and the fondants and caramels are made with a 70%.

With regard to allergens, our chocolates are free of everything except goats milk and soya lecithin (which is in the chocolate we get from Spain)
